NAPHA Night Market – Lao Women’s Union Center
A separate pop-up night market during the wider Ok Phansa and Wat Chan Boat Racing Festival, gathering Lao antiques, handicrafts and local food. Open 23–27 October, 15:00–23:00, at the Lao Women’s Union Center in Ban Xiengyeun. This is one market site within the festive area; the larger central riverside fair also runs in Chao Anouvong Park and along Fa Ngum Road.
