Free advance registration is required; 40 places. Check-in is 09:00–09:30, followed by the panel and coffee/networking until 11:30. Conducted in English. The official registration page also lists sessions on 10, 17 and 24 November at DoubleTree; their individual schedules are not assumed from this first session.
